I've been stuck in the marketplace and the docks with my Monk I cannot for the love of me find the primary quests to get out of these areas! if anyone can give me a name of the person and where there sorta located I would love it

When getting to kaineng City with Factions char.

If you cant find any quests inside The Markedplace and your quests list is empty go north and you will end up at Kaineng Centre, theres plenty of quests there and should get you back on track in no time, make sure you visit every little spot in there as there are tons of quests to get

When you come over from Tyria.

Asuming you already done some quests around there, try visiting the Emperors hand or the Emperor himself, witch can be found near Kaineng Centre, North Portal if im not mistaking, if you cant find it there the only advise i can give you is to search around inside kaining Centre or the Marketplace. the Primary quest is deffo to find in one of these places as i have my warrior near the end of the game and my warrior came over from Tyria as well.

yeah im a tyrian monk :P the only quests the emperors hand give me are naga oil and some other one, the emperor is off limits it says to me

If you are a Tyrian character in the Marketplace, you need to complete the "Welcome to Cantha" quest with Brother Mhenlo to proceed. It should be in the Kryta area of your quest log, if I recall correctly. You need to escort Brother Mhenlo to Master Togo in Vizunah Square.
